PRIVACY NOTICE: No information about any client will be discussed or shared with any third party without written consent of the client

PAYMENT TERMS:

- Devotional witch accepts the following methods of payment:Stripe and Bank Transfer on request Payment may also be made via an agreed upon Koha or service swap.

- Payment in full is respectfully due at the time of Booking.

LATE ARRIVALS: all online appointments will go ahead at the time with our with out you present unless discussed before hand

NO SHOWS: all online appointments will go ahead at the time of booking with our with out you present if an online distance healing has been booked unless discussed before hand

REIKI SESSION CANCELLATIONS: Clients are encouraged to reschedule rather than cancel appointments. Clients have up to 48 hours prior to their session start time to reschedule their appointment. Please note: After TWO (2) consecutive reschedules, the client’s appointment will be marked as cancelled and the client forfeits any money that has been paid to devotional witch. If the client wishes to schedule another appointment, they will not be credited for any money paid to secure the rescheduled appointment(s).

COURSE CANCELLATIONS: once you have joined a course you will be responsible for the on going payments if on a paymnet plan no cancellations on courses

CANCELLATIONS BY DEVOTIONAL WITCH: In the event that Devotional witch needs to reschedule your course/appointment or cancel your course/appointment you will be given notice as soon as possible. If the new dates do not align for you you are encouraged to take credit for your booking however you will be offered a refund if rescheduling doesn't align for you.

Discretion will be used in cases of emergency.

PRICES: The prices listed are subject to change without prior notification.

REFUSAL TO TREAT OR ATTUNE:

We have the right to refuse or discontinue a treatment or Attunement at any point. Circumstances where this may apply include, but are not limited to:

-The client is under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs

-Devotional Witch is not prepared for an Attunement e.g. The client/student needs more 1-1 guidance, Preparation for Individual structured course planning or Devotional witch has an unforeseen circumstance that prevents her from giving an Attunement.

devotional witch will use their professional discretion to give you the utmost respect and care on your healing and learning journey.

MEDICAL ISSUES: Treatments conducted by Devotional Witch are not a substitute for medical diagnosis and treatment. At no time will a client be encouraged to stop medical treatment or reduce or change their prescription drugs without prior discussion with a GP or consultant first. It is also the client’s responsibility to consult with their GP and get approval before any treatments can commence.

GUARANTEES: There are several complex factors influencing the success of individual therapy, whilst benefits are typically observed in the majority of cases, there can be no guarantees of success or cure in relation to a condition or its treatment. While there are no claims for curing illness, many clients seem to experience inner peace, grounding and clarity as a result of undergoing this process.

no refund will be given for not receiving the results you wanted, as this course does require you to put in the time and effort to commit to yur rebirth

if the course live dates have to be rescheduled you will be let know as early as possible

all your personal information will not be shared or sold it is sacred and will be treated that way

devotional witch reserves the right to refuse acess to the group if any behaviour is threatening the safety of the sacred container

all infomation shared is this group is channeled or from Jessica own experience and learns from the female angels books

for some reason the course is cancelled during the course it will be rescheduled or you will receive a part payment back

when paying on a paymanet plan if your payment can nt be recived your acess to the course will be terminated (payment will be tried 3x after that you will be terminated)

Goddess Photo circles and mini shoots T&C

When working with Jessica Vear / Aphrodite’s Lens you are agreeing to these terms and conditions

All photos taken by Jessica are Jessica’s intellectual property that she can use for marketing.

you can use your images in your business and for marketing to your clients as well - Jessica does reserve the right to use any photo taken by her during a group shoot or solo session or event as long as it does not contain nudity

You will receive the number of edits agreed upon - if you would like more edits they are $25 each or 5 edits for $100

You will receive your photos in a Google Drive folder

give 4 weeks to edit photos

If the photos you receive are not what you wanted please message and we can dive deeper into how these images are affecting you - no refunds or more edits will be done for not liking the photos -

If you are triggered while taking photos or after our session please let me know and we can create a container to support you - this may come at an extra cost

For goddesss shoots by participating in this shoot, you agree to allow your photos to be used for marketing

Please note any photos with nudity to be used as marketing you will be asked for consent

If you are working through any trauma you feel may be brought up by participating in one of these shoots be mini/feminine embodiment/ or a group shoot please let me know beforehand so I can support you

If any injury happens at or during an event hosted by Jessica Vear / Aphrodite’s Lens is not responsible - we will make sure you receive care and your loved ones are contacted we will stay with you and make sure you are okay

Jessica Vear / Aphrodite’s Lens is not liable or responsible for any damages or incidents that may occur at an event

If the mini shoots are rained off we will do the 15th of July as our rain-off date or we can move the location on the 30th of June to my home studio in Kaukapakapa
